What we do
The goal of the CCA is to increase the rate of economic growth in BiH by working with interested stakeholders in the wood processing/forestry and tourism sectors to raise productivity, profits and employment. The Project helps stakeholders develop and implement strategies for growth through a combination of technical and financial assistance designed to improve standards, develop innovative products and services, and increase investment.
The CCA is also a leader in facilitating public - private dialogue to improve the overall business environment, reduce barriers to doing business, strengthen market linkages, promote trade and investment, and foster the increased competitiveness of BiH businesses. CCA also provides assistance to BiH business through the Global Trade and Technology Network (GTN).
The Project is active in raising public awareness about the quality of BiH products and the economic benefits of domestic consumption through the “Produce, Buy Domestic” campaign, and through its efforts to increase media coverage relating to general economic developoment issues.
