RS Forestry Law
The RS National Assembly initiated the process of formal public debate on new draft RS Law on Forestry on February 25. The draft was prepared with significant technical assistance from CCA, requested by the RS Ministry of Agriculture Forestry & Water Management. In accordance with RS National Assembly procedures, public debate on the new law will last 30 days, after which it will move to adoption.
